The Asian-Australian Leadership Summit NextGen is a program for Asian-Australians aged 18-40 that aims to develop the skills, networks and self-belief to become leaders in their fields.

The 2019 NextGen program included an optional interactive workshop to develop concrete skills to take back to the workplace.
